"I can, and I will."

Hello, I am Kristine Jean Naome Fuentes, Teacher Naome for short. I am excited to be your English teacher! I can't wait to get to know you, but first, let me share some few things about myself. I am from Cebu, the Philipines. I like watching Asian and American movies/series. I also enjoy listening to music, and during my free time, I sometimes indulge myself in writing essays/stories. Writing is my way to express what I am feeling at the moment, or what my opinion is to some issues in our society. When I was in grade school, I was part of a Journalist Club, and that is when I started to love writing. Furthermore, I also love to bake sweet goods and take photos of beautiful sceneries everywhere. People often say I'm too quiet and shy, but once you get to know me I can be the opposite. I am friendly too, and I enjoy talking to the people around me. I graduated with the degree in Bachelor of Elementary Education. I chose to become a teacher because since I was a child, it was my dream to teach. When I was in college, I was a volunteer teacher in one of my school's charity program. The program made my passion for teaching grow. It also helped me learn how to deal with different kinds of learners. I enjoy teaching because for me I am not only teaching, but I am also learning from my students. I learned to love the English language more when I was in college. One of my instructors in college made learning and teaching English fun and easy. Moreover, I am excited to share my knowledge in the English language and learn from my students too.

Learning English might be hard at your first try, but once you're in it you'll enjoy and love it! Come and enroll in my class, let's have fun together in learning the English language. See you in Kimini!
